The thrilling Explore Ensemble with virtuoso pianist/composer/technologist Zubin Kanga present first performances of Larry Goves and Lara Agar alongside new music by Laura Bowler and Alex Paxton.

Zubin Kanga performs a programme of innovative new works, commissioned as part of his Cyborg Soloists project, that extend the body and instrument and of the performer through cutting-edge technologies.  

Performing highlights from  Cyborg Pianist, featuring MiMU gloves, surround sound and synthesizers, in a performance exploring the melding of musician and machine.

This year, we’re excited to be hosting hcmf// shorts across three of our favourite Huddersfield venues. hcmf// shorts 2 features live performances of last year’s Zeitgeist Commissions, alongside new music from Nwando Ebizie, Lottie Sadd and Zubin Kanga.
